Australian commentator Dean Jones was sacked by his employers,Taj Television( who own Ten Sports ) after he reportedly called South African middle order batsman Hashim Amla a “terrorist” live on air.
Jones,who later admitted it was a mistake,said that he had utmost respect for the Muslim community .
